  Smart Goals. Smart goals are specific, measurable, Attainable, relevant, and time-based. each framework works together to create a goal that is carefully planned, clear and trackable. Smart goals must be clearly outlined and stated, they shouldn’t be ambiguous. having clear and straightforward goals is good for the company. Working towards a goal that is aggressive and poorly framed can be daunting and unachievable. Having a time frame to work on the goals is also key, ensuring that the goals are relevant is very important. Having goals that are not attainable is destructive because you won’t be able to achieve them and this will lead to feelings of discouragement. Measurable you have to prove that you are making progress towards your goal for the exam if example your goal is to make so much money by a specific time. Goals need to be relevant and align with your values and long-term goals. Time frame helps you achieve your goals within a specified period.
